Dottie, catch me if you can. Continuous line dog.

Dottie, “Catch me if you can”. I thought that her markings would go well with the continuous line, and the waves. Mick Burton, 2012.

I was asked to do a Black and White painting of Dottie, but her markings were so attractive that I deciede to do them within the continuous line. She lives near the sea and so I did the Hornsea beach as well. Let her off the lead and she can disappear.

  Thanks. I enjoyed the challenge of Dottie. Saw her two weeks ago and she competed in the “Best cross bred family dog” event at Otley Show, near Leeds. Did not win unfortunately, possibly by being too friendly to the Judge. Mick
