Continuous line drawn in a Spherical stlyle means that when you draw off one edge of the paper you come back in at the corresponding opposite edge. Similarly when you draw out of the top edge you come back in at the bottom. The colour sequence matches if you pull the sides round to meet, but not at the top and bottom as well (there is a “bunching” effect at each pole).
