This Hen was another good application for my full colour sequence, and as with the Lizard the eye turned out to be red. When I started painting again in April 2012 I put this hen into a picture full of eggs, including eggs as clouds and trees. “Harriet’s Busy Day” was a Finalist in Britains Got Artists exhibition in Leeds Central Library, July 2012.
